REVVED UP KIDS BASIC FOR CHILDREN AGE 6-10 10am - 1pm

Join the experts at Revved Up Kids for a three-hour
intensive self-defense class for 6-10 year olds and their parents.

Children will learn how to recognize and avoid predators, and how to physically defend themselves if they are attacked.

Training class uses real-world video scenarios to illustrate dangerous situations, and children are taught simple, yet effective, self-defense techniques that can be used to injure and escape a much larger, stronger attacker.

Children practice the physical self-defense skills full force on an instructor and a punching dummy. Families receive take home resources to continue reinforcing the training on an ongoing basis.

JUST YELL FIRE FOR TEEN GIRLS AGE 11-19          2PM - 4:30PM

This nationally recognized class will teach middle and
high school girls about the dangers they face from strangers, acquaintances and dating partners.

Girls will learn how to be "street smart" by modifying their behavior to stay safer and recognizing dangerous situations and people. The training class uses real-world video scenarios to illustrate the proper way to respond to dangerous situations.

Girls will also learn and practice simple, effective self-defense techniques that will allow them to injure and escape a much larger, stronger attacker.

All participants receive a take home safety resource packet. Moms are welcome to attend this class with their daughters at no charge.
