Gwinnett Schools' Area Board Meetings Begin in Suwanee

GCPS will begin its series in March at Peachtree Ridge High.

Gwinnett County Public Schools will begin the area school board meetings later in March, and continue through April. The initial session will be at Peachtree Ridge High in Suwanee.

As officials do every year, board members will meet once in each of their districts.

All meetings begin at 7 p.m. in the host school's theater. There will be refreshments beginning at 6:30 p.m.  Citizens my attend any one of the five meetings.

The meetings will be held:

  • March 26, Peachtree Ridge High, (District 3)
  • March 28, Mill Creek High, (District 2)
  • April 2, Parkview High, (District 4)
  • April 4, Archer High School (District 1)
  • April 16, Meadowcreek High, (District 5)

The meetings are a time for the school board to share information with the public. It is also an opportunity to hear the superintendent talk about the state of the school district, including budget challenges and recent successes.
