Gwinnett Schools Set 2014-15 School Calendar
There will be a midweek start to the new school year again.
The 2014-15 school year will begin on Aug. 6, a Wednesday, and is scheduled to end on May 20, 2015 for Gwinnett County public schools, according to the new calendar.
Recently approved by the Gwinnett school board, the calendar also provides for winter break beginning on Dec. 22, 2014, and classes resuming on Jan. 6, 2015.
Holidays in 2014-15 include: Labor Day (Sept. 1), Thanksgiving break (Nov. 24-28), Spring Break (April 6-10.
