2013 NCAA Final Four Court Plays Well in Gwinnett

The public got to play games and check out the same game floor that will be used in the Final Four of the tournament at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta.

Basketball fans in Gwinnett were invited Wednesday (March 27) to check out the same game floor that will be used for the NCAA Final Four games April 6 and 8 at the Georgia Dome.

A special UPS flat-bed truck, branded with the 2013 Final Four and 75th Anniversary logos, delivered the floor to CBA Sports, located off Medlock Bridge Road in Norcross. CBA Sports is a commercial sports court specialist company that is also the official floor provider for the Final Four in Atlanta.

The public was more than welcome to play basketball on the court and shoot some hoops with each other and Lakers center Theo Ratliff.

Fans also got to take home commemorative pieces of the floor, which is made of maple wood.
