Several Gwinnett Football Players Act on Signing Day

Georgia Tech also adds some players from Gwinnett. A roundup.

Wednesday was the first day that high school football players could make official where they want to play football in college.

Several Suwanee players chose Ivy League schools, such as North Gwinnett quarterback Scotty Hosch. There was one surprise, with Peachtree Ridge defender Ahmaad Harris choosing to play for new coach Jim Mora at UCLA, according to media reports.

Also, it was signing day for Georgia, the SEC East champion, andΒ Georgia Tech, which picked up athletes from Central Gwinnett and NorcrossΒ (Anthony Autry).
