The WNBA and former Collins Hill High star shows basketball and acting talent in a TV spot.

We’ve seen hoops extraordinaire Maya Moore, formerly of Collins Hill High in Suwanee, do a whole lot of special things on the basketball court.

She’s won an Olympic gold medal and been dominant at every level, collecting multiple championships in high school, college and the pros, where she most recently won WNBA Finals MVP honors in leading the Minnesota Lynx to the title at the Gwinnett Arena.

But we haven’t seen the former Gwinnett standout student-athlete like we’ve seen her this week. That is dressed up in full makeup as an elderly woman and putting on a playground court show.

Pepsi Max released the third installment of its ‘Uncle Drew’ commercials this week. Uncle Drew is Cleveland Cavaliers’ point guard Kyrie Irving dressed as a senior citizen and going to town on the hoops court.

In this latest offering, he brings along a couple of friends in Denver Nuggets’ point guard Nate Robinson as “Lights,” and Moore as “Betty Lou.” It's worth a peek.

Sweet Betty Lou, who knew?
