Gwinnett Braves Change August 28 Game Time

Expected rain from Tropical Storm Isaac forces the move to afternoon.

The Gwinnett Braves are among the organizations that are changing plans due to Tropical Storm Isaac.

The G-Braves (61-76) announced that Tuesday's (Aug. 28) game vs. Pawtucket at Coolray Field will be played at 2:05 p.m. Rain is expected, the team said. The game had been scheduled for an evening start.

Other game times this week also could be affected, the G-Braves said in a news release.

The storm, which has prompted hurricane warnings from New Orleans to Gulf Shores, Ala., is expected to make landfall Tuesday.
