Gwinnett Braves To Have Fireworks on Memorial Day

Military Appreciation Night is planned Monday at Coolray Field.

Monday (May 30) is Military Appreciation Night at the Gwinnett Braves' game at Coolray Field in Lawrenceville. The G-Braves play the Lehigh Valley IronPigs starting at 7:05 p.m. Fireworks will light up the night sky after the game.

In-game Memorial Day ceremonies and special videos are also planned. As a special promotion at tonight’s game, there will be a camo jersey auction presented by Kipper Tool.

Check the G-Braves website for special discounts and promotions. Tuesdays, for instance, are Kraft Singles Nights. Bring a wrapper from a package of Kraft Cheese Singles and get 2-1 tickets. That discount will apply to the May 31 game. Thursdays are $3 concession nights. Also, there will be fireworks every Friday night after games through the summer.

The G-Braves start an eight-day homestand playing the IronPigs May 30-June2 and the Buffalo Bisons June 3-6. All games start at 7:05 p.m.

Regular price tickets range from $6 to $35. Prices are $6 for adults for the Lawn, $5 for children 3-12, senior citizens over 60 and military with ID; Baseline Box seats, $8 and $6; Field Box, $12 and $10; Infield Box $15 and $15; Braves Dugout, $18 and $18; and Home Plate Club, $35 and $35. Children under 2 are admitted free.

Order tickets online or call the Coolray Field Box Office at 678-277-0340 or Ticketmaster at 1-800-745-3000. Chairs are not allowed on the lawn, but it’s OK to bring a blanket. 

Parking is $5, and there is a shuttle from the parking lot to the stadium. Play ball!
