Gwinnett Braves Win, Go Back Above .500

Walk-off homer in 9th beats Buffalo.

First baseman Mauro Gomez hit a walk-off home run Monday night to lift the Gwinnett Braves over Buffalo, 4-3, at Coolray Field. The victory lifted the Gwinnett Braves over .500 (29-28), and they are in second place in their division in the International League.

Left fielder Stefan Gartrell also homered for Gwinnett, for the third straight game. Starting pitcher Yohan Flande earned the victory for Gwinnett.

Now the G-Braves hit the road, beginning an eight-game road trip with four games in Toledo.
