North Gwinnett's Hosch Is Hot

QB is the Suwanee player of the week.

The North Gwinnett Bulldogs could easily be 2-0 this season, and quarterback Scott Hosch is a prime reason why.

Hosch has thrown six touchdown passes so far, including four in North's 41-0 victory Saturday over East St. Louis (Ill.).

Hosch had two TD strikes in the season opener vs. McEachern. But the Bulldogs let a lead slip away in the final moments in a 26-17 loss.

For his performance vs. East St. Louis, Hosch is this week's Suwanee High School Player of the Week.

Also performing well was Collins Hill QB Brad Johnson. He had a TD pass with 3:47 left Friday to lift his team to a 24-21 season-opening win over Roswell.
