Peachtree Ridge Boys Advance in AAAAA Basketball Tourney
The Lions overcome Dacula, now will face Alpharetta.
The Peachtree Ridge High boys completed a clean sweep by Suwanee high school teams in state AAAAA basketball tournament action. The Lions defeated Dacula, 52-37, on Saturday to advance to the second round.
There they will face Alpharetta, a 72-54 winner over Lassiter on Saturday, in the second round next week.
Jordan Capps finished with 17 points, four rebounds and five blocks.

- Peachtree Ridge boys host Alpharetta, Wednesday.
The boys and girls AAAAA finals will be at the Gwinnett Arena in Duluth on March 9.
