Peachtree Road Race Registration Starts Thursday
The process is handled by an online lottery. About 60,000 participants are expected.
Attention, Suwanee and Gwinnett runners. Registration for the 2012 AJC Peachtree Road Race opens Thursday, March 15 at 7 a.m. through an online lottery at ajc.com/peachtree.
Those wishing to be one of the 60,000 participants selected for the 43rd running of the race have until Thursday, March 22, at 11:59 p.m. to register online, according to a news release. Entrants will receive an email by Monday, March 26, informing them whether they were selected for the 2012 event.

Last year more than 900 runners from Suwanee registered for the race, which is run on July 4.
