The latest mega-star to give a halftime gig at the Super Bowl -- Beyonce.
The singer has confirmed on her website that she will perform at Super Bowl 47, scheduled for Feb. 3, 2013, according to the Huffington Post.
It won't be the first Super Bowl appearance for Beyonce, 31. She sang the national anthem at the 2004 game.
Beyonce, whose hits include "Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)," has won 16 Grammy Awards. (The attached video is of a live performance.)
Past Super Bowl halftime performers include Madonna, the Rolling Stones, The Who and Paul McCartney.
