Are you ready for another round of picks?

at : The next big game in Region 7-AAAAA is the biggest of the season when North Gwinnett Bulldogs hosts the Peachtree Ridge Lions. The winner gets the region title and a No. 1 seed for the state playoffs. The teams mirror each other. Both can score quickly in dynamic ways — passing and running — and have big-play skills on defense, too. Both are on eight-game winning streaks. The only thing missing is a hip-hop video (there's still time). So, how do we distinguish the two programs? Lean on history. North has a 6-1 record all-time against the Lions. It has won the last two games by an average of 16 points. And the Bulldogs are at home. North Gwinnett 35, Peachtree Ridge 32.

Meadowcreek at Collins Hill: Locked in as the No. 4 seed from Region 7-AAAAA, Collins Hill (4-5) will at least get to a respectable .500 before the playoffs start on Nov. 11, when the Eagles have the unenviable task of playing nationally ranked Grayson in the first round. Meadowcreek is looking at its third straight 0-10 season and 38th straight loss. Collins Hill 36, Meadowcreek 12.
