How Did Dillard's Score on Follow-Up Health Inspection?
The familiar Suwanee restaurant had received a 'U' rating in late December 2013.
Dillard's BBQ & Biscuits, a familiar restaurant located at a busy Suwanee intersection, recently underwent a follow-up health inspection by the Gwinnett Health Department.
The follow-up was necessary because Dillard's had received a "56/U" rating in late December. In that inspection, mice droppings were noted "throughout the facility," as well as other violations.
In the most recent inspection, Dillard's received an "84/B" score on Jan. 13. Among the violations noted then:
Violation of Code: [.10(2)(g) ] Report with score of 82 is displayed. Display current inspection report. The most current insepction report must be displayed within 15 feet of front door, 5-7 feet from floor, and able to be read from 1 foot away.
No report is displayed in drive-thru window. The top one-third of the most current inspection report must be displayed in drive-thru window. New Violation.
