How Did Mori House, Wild Wing Do on Health Checks?

Suwanee Restaurant Inspections has the latest on local eateries.

Suwanee restaurants Mori House and Wild Wing recently underwent health inspections by the Gwinnett Health Department.

The results:

  • MORI HOUSE: The restaurant on Suwanee Dam Road earned an "86/B" rating on July 8. The following violation was noted:
 Employee observed touching raw fish with gloved hands then touched ready to eat food items such as green onions and orange slice with same gloved hand. The employee discarded gloves and washed hands before continuing to work with ready to eat food items. In addition, the employees in sushi prep area were observed touching and cutting raw fish for sushi then using same glove to obtain rice from container that is used for all sushi items raw and cooked ready to eat. After touching raw meats with gloved hands, the gloves should be changed and hands washed before touching other ready to eat food items to help prevent possible cross contamination.  Corrected On-Site.  Repeat Violation.

  • WILD WING: The restaurant on Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road scored a "100/A" on July 1.
