How Did Silverbacks Sports, Annandale Score on Restaurant Inspections?

Suwanee Restaurant Inspections: How area eateries did on health checks.

Several Suwanee restaurants underwent routine health inspections recently by the Gwinnett Health Department. Here are the results:

  • SILVERBACKS SPORTS CENTER: The restaurant at the complex at 4285 Brogdon Exchange received a "96/A" rating on Oct. 28. Among the violations: No small-diameter probe thermometer available for measuring temperatures of thin-massed foods. A temperature measuring device with a suitable small-diameter probe that is designed to measure the temperature of thin masses shall be provided and readily accessible to accurately measure the temperature in thin foods such as meat patties and fish filets.  New Violation.   • ANNANDALE FOOD SERVICES BUILDING: The facility at 3500 Annandale Lane received a "96/A" rating on Oct. 27. The violation noted: Photocopy of CFSM certificate for Denise Chatman available in the facility. Brenda Young's CFSM certificate is posted at the Amy Somers facility. Multiple Employee Food Safety Training certificates posted in the facility. Post original Certified Food Safety Manager (CFSM) certificate. The original CFSM certificate shall be posted in public view in each food service establishment. An addition al copy shall be retained on file at the food service establishment at all times, and shall be made available for inspection by the Health Authority.  New Violation.   • ANNANDALE AT SUWANEE: The eatery at 3500 Annandale Lane received a "100/A" rating on Oct. 27. The full report is here.
