Remarks: Mold-like buildup inside the ice machine. Food contact surfaces shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil or mold. **IF THIS ITEM IS MARKED OUT OF COMPLIANCE ON THE NEXT INSPECTION, THE PERMIT MAY BE SUSPENDED FOR 3RD REPEAT VIOLATION.  Repeat Violation. Funnel cake batter (which contains eggs & milk) holding at 69F on the prep table. Containers of water & lemon juice not labeled. Employee did not wash customer apples prior to wrapping them in plastic. Training provided. Back kitchen door propped open. Gap observed at the bottom of the door, when the door was closed. Outer openings of a food service establishment shall be protected against the entry of insects and rodents by solid, self-closing, tight-fitting doors.  Follow-up inspection within 10 days.
