- FISH 153: The restaurant at 2700 Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road No. F3 received a "90/A" rating on Aug. 30. Among the violations noted: Employee used his bare hands to handle ginger while preparing sushi. Food was discarded; employee washed his hands & put on disposable gloves. Except when washing fruits and vegetables, food employees shall not contact exposed, ready-to-eat food with their bare hands and shall use suitable utensils such as deli tissue, spatulas, tongs, single-use gloves, or dispensing equipment. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
