Snow in Suwanee 2014, Day 2
Roads and walking conditions were hazardous due to Tuesday's winter storm.
At 9 a.m. Wednesday (Jan. 29), temperatures still were under 20 degrees in Suwanee. This was one day after 2 inches of snow fell on the area.
So it made for slick roads and treacherous walking conditions in the area. The attached photo shows the McGinnis Ferry Road-Scales Road intersection; two people and a dog were the few people who chose to test the conditions in that time frame.
