- OLD TOWN CHRISTMAS EVENT: The city's annual caboose lighting and Christmas event will be in Old Town on Friday, Dec. 6, 6:30 p.m.
- GWINNETT ARENA: The Nutcracker again is among the attractions at the complex.
- GWINNETT CHAMBER: A business networking event is Friday.
- HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL: North Gwinnett will face McEachern in the 6A state semifinals on Friday.
- AUTHOR AT LIBRARY: Author Christy Jordan will be at the Suwanee library on Main Street on Tuesday, Dec. 3.
