Cook Book Signing and Sampling! Yummy Food...that's good for you at The Fresh Market in Suwanee

November 9th and November 10th from 12 - 5PM. I will cooking for YOU at our stores Tent Event. That's right, I will be cooking some food out of my cookbook and sampling it to all! Instead of going on Barnes and Noble or Amazon.com, you can come right into your local Fresh Market and taste what's in the cookbook. This book not only has recipes but it is an actual guide to living a fresh, healthy and energetic lifestyle.
