Horrible Experience! Took my daughter there for the first time last week to paint. I was told that I would receive a call within a week to pick up my piece and asked to pay that day. I thought it was a bit odd, previous experience I've had with other pottery places always had me pay when I came to pick up my pieces. Nothing else out of the ordinary though... So I receive the strangest call the following Sunday at 2:15 pm .."Come pick up your pieces, they are ready- we're closing our doors for good and today is the last day to pick up your piece. We'll be closed at 4pm and if you dont' pick it up by then your items will be donated".. I was in route somewhere else and quickly changed direction so as to not have the precious plates with my childrens names donated at the last minute. I met up with what appeared to be the owner in a completely cleared out building and had expressed my concern with the way things were handled.. not even an inkling the week prior that the doors were shutting. Her response was a nonchalant answer that her 10 yr old was making the phone calls and most likely didn't have proper phone etiquette... SKETCHY!! if you ask me and I hear they are going mobile, Steer Clear of this place if I were you! Just dreading what would have happened if I was not available to swing by and pick up my pieces at a moments notice.. would have been donated and doors closed with my money in hand never to be seen again!
