My car was damaged by this carwash yesterday....they put a dent all the way down the driver door of my two month old car ...when I went to go to my car they had the car door open for me so of course I didn't see the damage..as I am going down the road I went to adjust my mirror and thought that mirror makes my car look like I have a dent....went to my meeting got out of my car and saw the damaged door...called them right away and told them what happened took the car back and filled out a report of course but as I am pulling in the girl who took my car on the intake is pointing at me like she knows I am the one coming back..imagine that...well long story short went back when the owner was there and he is not going to make it right...DONT LET THEM DAMAGE YOUR CAR

Do NOT bring you car here. You're better off going through a gas station car wash. After getting my car washed, I noticed a huge crack in my rearview mirror. I was then asked to pull around back where I was told by two guys that they were not responsible. I filled out an incident report and was told someone would call me that day. 4 days passed and I heard nothing from them. I went back and explained my situation to the owner, who basically called me a liar. Then he felt the need to insult my intelligence by getting a rag and showing me how they wipe the mirrors saying none of his employees would have broken it. He then said, "there's no way in hell we are covering that." I brought an estimate from Honda with me and they caused over $500 in damage to my vehicle. Do not go here! This is the worst case of customer service I have seen in a while.
