It was a quick rebound for Monterrey Mexican Restaurant in Suwanee. The eatery on Peachtree Industrial Boulevard received a "48/U" rating in a health inspection on November 29, 2012. However, it received an "86/B" rating in a follow-up inspection seven days later, reports show. The inspections were done by the Gwinnett/Newton/Rockdale health department.
