The latest "James Bond" movie, "Skyfall," is due in theaters on Nov. 9. But TV commercials and other forms of merchandise already are out. Hey, this is America -- Christmas shopping gets earlier every year too, right? A signature part of the Bond films is the theme song, which usually features a well-known artist.
