The Krispy Kreme restaurants near Suwanee are serving up some "terrorific" treats just in time for Halloween. Krispy Kreme, which has eateries in Gwinnett, has announced two new doughnut flavors and two new beverages inspired by county fair foods. The new caramel apple cake doughnut and cotton candy doughnut will be available at participating stores through Sept. 30. Krispy Kreme will also offer the county fair-inspired frozen cotton candy chiller and caramel latte. "County fairs are a fall tradition, and caramel apple and cotton candy are always popular fair fare," explained Ron Rupocinski, Krispy Kreme Corporate Chef, in an Aug. 21 press release.
