Another new restaurant is making plans for the Town Center area.
'Tis the season of restaurant debuts in Suwanee. Friends Grill already has been making preparations for a spring 2013 opening in the Town Center area. And it has set Monday, April 8, as an opening date, according to owner Ray Stanjevich. The eatery, which also has outlets in Dacula and Dawsonville, also plans a twist for Suwanee. It will be known here at Friends Suwanee Grill, Stanjevich said. The idea is for Friends to be more of a neighborhood bar and gathering place. It will be located in the former Corralejo location on Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road, on the back side of Town Center. The restaurant still is waiting on some licenses and reviews from city, Gwinnett and state officiais, but still is making plans for April 8. That will mean …
