ReplyCathy: The city is working on adding the garbage pick up but there is a current contract with the county that has to be honored before the city can take over that last service. I believe we'll hear more on the subject in the next few months.

ReplyOne more comment on the judge question, a municipal judge has always been part of code compliance, it's one of the city services. A judge will hear cases when a resolution on a violation cannot be reached. The court will meet on an as-needed bases.
