Uptown Grille Now Open in Suwanee

The site in Town Center plans special events, including a ribbon cutting.

Finally, the Uptown Grille is open in Suwanee.

Karim Rahuddin, a member of the new ownership group, said Thursday (April 25) via telephone that the new eatery in Town Center is serving customers. It recently obtained its alcoholic beverage license and passed permitting regulations.

He added that live music will be part of the mix at the new restaurant, which is in the site that was vacated by Olde Towne Tavern & Grille in December. A ribbon-cutting ceremony is in the works.

Uptown Grille plans to offer an upscale menu, a la the Cheesecake Factory.

This adds to the mix of new eateries in the Town Center area. Friends Suwanee Grille opened earlier in April.
