Police: Man Exposed Himself Outside After Spraying Air Freshener in Face

The suspect also was carrying a neighbor's dog, according to police.

A Suwanee man was arrested recently on a public indecency charge after he ran around outside near his house without pants, according to police.

Tyler M. Hudson of a Belmore Court address in Suwanee was arrested on Sept. 2 after he called 911 and told police that he had taken mushrooms, according to the Gwinnett Police incident report.

His mother later got on the same 911 call and told police that her son was putting gasoline on the side of his house, and that he had taken off his pants and was running around neighboring homes exposing himself.

When officers arrived, they observed the suspect walking in his front yard without pants, wearing a black T-shirt, and carrying a neighbor's dog.

After the suspect was subdued and handcuffed, his mother told police that her son took an aerosol can of air freshener, sprayed it in his mouth, and sprayed it in her face.

The dog's owner, a neighbor, said the dog returned home when the suspect released it. She did not press charges.

Charges against the suspect also included simple battery and obstructing an officer.

This information was obtained from Gwinnett Police. It does not indicate a conviction. Questions should be directed to suwanee@patch.com.
