SculpTour Voting Open in Suwanee

Residents can select their favorite piece from the city's outdoor exhibit.

Suwanee's walkable outdoor museum has reached the voting stages.

Residents can now vote for their favorite item in SculpTour, a 15-piece exhibit of public art that is spread around town, most in or very close to Town Center.

Voting is available online,Β via QR codes on the pieces themselves, or via paper ballots. The winner will be announced next March, and that sculpture will be purchased by the city for permanent display.

The exhibit is the city's first significant effort at public art, and is being funded totally by private donations.

A map of SculpTour, which also includes city-owned pieces such as the mural on the back of the amphitheater stage at Town Center park, is on the city's website: www.suwanee.com.
