Suwanee Restaurant Inspections: Applebee's

Applebee's, the national restaurant chain with an outlet in Suwanee, underwent an inspection in June 2012 by the Gwinnett-Newton-Rockdale Health Departments, which services the counties.

And the outlet on Celebration Drive (formerly Gwinco Boulevard) scored an 87/B. It scored in the 90s/A in previous inspections in 2011.

Among the deficiencies cited were cold-held potentially hazardous foods maintained below 41 degrees -- no time controls/documentation in place.

Also, the person in charge was not aware of the employee health policy, the report said.

Both violations were corrected on-site.
