Suwanee Crime Data To Be Available Online

Free service to citizens will begin Tuesday, Nov. 1.

Beginning Tuesday, crime data for Suwanee will be available online. The web-based service will allow residents to view data by location, type of crime, and date, according to a city news release.

The free service "will show citizens what's going on where in the community," said Suwanee Lt. Dan Clark in the news release, adding that information is presented via symbols that appear on a Google map of the city. "This site also gives the police department a whole lot more crime analysis capabilities."

People can access the report at www.crimereports.com/agency/SuwaneePD.
