Portion of Suwanee Creek Greenway Work Nearing Completion
City officials say the entire project should be completed in July.
Work on one portion of the Suwanee Creek Greenway, which is popular with walkers, runners and cyclists, is nearing completion, according to the city's Facebook page.
Also, the entire rehab project is expected to be completed in July. When the current work is completed, which is expected next month, the section between Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road and Suwanee Elementary will be closed for similar work, the posting said.
Gone is the more narrow, cracking asphalt and in its place are sections of concrete and raised boardwalk.
